Good selection of books and magazines for all ages

We stock a range of reference books for serious study or simply to help give you a better understanding of Christianity.

At the other end of the scale we are pleased to offer many books that take a sideways look at Christianity. Read how real people have faced up to the modern challenges of being a working mother, stressed out executive, unemployed, single parent, or how they coped with illness and death - from a Christian perspective.

Christian biographies, magazines, and light-hearted pocket books are a great way to be encouraged and put the world into perspective.

For new Christians or those considering the faith it is useful to learn about how other people have tackled the same issues, doubts or dilemmas that may currently face you. Many of our books target the difficult questions of life and faith.

Church Resources

Most resources are immediately available

As a church leader, or one of the many people involved in organisation of church activites such as childrens work, youth worth or worship, you will need access to updated and time-specific resource material.

If you are planning an outreach mission, Alpha Course, or special service (Christmas or Easter) and you want to make sure the material is ready on time, then we can help.

Upstairs to the back of the shop is where we keep all our bargains. Many items here are available at a fraction of the full cost so you can afford to buy 10 or 20 study guides in one go - making it an inexpensive option for small groups!

Collect a copy of the free monthly "SELECT" magazine available from the front counter. By quoting the Issue Number, Page and Description of the item you are looking at we can arrange for it to be ready for collection next time you are passing (subject to availability).

A postal service may be available depending for items paid for in advance, but will, obviously, incur an additional cost.

You are welcome to come in just to look around our well stocked bookshop. Please do not hesitate to ask questions of our staff who are there to assist you. Relax in our coffee shop before completing your visit.
